Delivery
Delivery will be made by the postal services (insured, urgent, certified) Shipping will take 6 till 10 days in Europe.

Payment methods
All goods must be paid for prior to dispatch. Payments can only be made through Paypal.

Faulty goods
Any package which arrives damaged will be followed-up with carrier as a result of poor or inadequate handling in transit. In this case you should contact us within 2 days. We will then make arrangements with you to return the goods for either replacement or full refund.

Return policy
If your not satisfied with the goods you have purchased for any reason you may return them within 7 working days from receipt of the order. All goods must be returned in their origanel packaging, unworn, send as package insured priority and certified. We will refund the full cost of the product purchased any postage incurred by you will not be refunded.

Complaints policy
Should you have any complaints we want to know about it. Every complaint is dealt with fairly and effectively in the strictest confidence. We will always respond to you within 48 hours.

Countries
Shipping costs are always 8.90 euros if you are from one the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Finland, France, Gibraltar,Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom.
